Dr Volker Güntzel was born in Nuremberg in 1972 and studied law in Erlangen. He worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Corporate, Tax and Labour Law at the University of Würzburg from 2002 to 2006. During this time, he completed an intensive course of study in "Business Administration and Operational Management" at the University of Hagen, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (IWW) and a doctorate in labour law on the European Company.
Dr Volker Güntzel works nationwide in the field of franchise and distribution law and has been exclusively advising franchisors and manufacturers on the development and management of franchise and distribution systems for more than 15 years.
